Explanation of the prices:
- Free internet (WiFi).
- Dutch, German and English TV channels.
- All prices are incl. electricity, water and gas. (Fair-use policy)
- First set of bed linen included.
- Arrival and departure on Saturday.
- Minimum stay is 7 days (1 week).
- The arrival is from 16:00 and departure until 10:00.
- Different arrival or departure day or duration outside the high season by appointment.
- Extra costs: € 60 for final cleaning (mandetory) and € 100 deposit.
- Payment: 25% of the total sum upon booking and the remainder no later than 4 weeks before arrival.>
- Smoking and pets are not allowed.
- Charging an electric car is not permitted.
- We advise you to always take out travel and cancellation insurance.
